Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping at cichic.shop. We want you to love your new clothing, bags, shoes, and jewelry! If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- It must include all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- For Jewelry: Must be returned in its original box without any signs of wear or scratches.
- Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, intimates, swimwear, and pierced earrings cannot be returned unless they are defective upon arrival.
3. How to Initiate a Return
Because our return processing centers are located in different regions, please do not send your purchase back to the sender’s address on your package. To start a return, please follow these steps:
- Email our customer support at support@cichic.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
- If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return shipping address.
- Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable shipping service. We highly recommend keeping the shipping receipt and tracking number.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (such as your credit card or PayPal account) within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
5. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exception: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect all items before shipping, but if you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@cichic.shop with clear photos of the defect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
